Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Non-returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some personal care items (e.g., socks, undergarments)
  • Items marked as final sale
Return Process:

We accept returns of products in their original condition within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Once you receive your RMA number, securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

Refunds

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • The refund amount will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s).
Refund Timeframe:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.

Exchanges

Exchange Process:

Conditions for Exchanges:

Damaged or Defective Items

Reporting Damaged or Defective Items:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the damaged or defective item
Resolution:

We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering:

  • A replacement of the same item
